Questions covered:

– Can you elaborate more on the deal announced on Thursday regarding buying a diamond mining and Heavy Mineral Sands operation in  South Africa. What is the rationale?

– What is the plan here with regards to cash flow generation – can shareholders expect this acquisition to be cash flow positive or is it just another “me too” cash hole that has bedeviled many, many AIM mining plays?

– There was a comment in the RNS regarding “Possible partner identified to build a Processing Plant on site at their own cost and to greatly improve HMS’s profit targets” – can you elaborate on this?

– I note that Mineral Commodities of Australia have an operation just south of where KZG is planning to mine for Heavy Mineral Sands – is it fair to say that Kazera’s HMS operations will be a “ready to go” operation once the licence is approved? Also, what time scale can shareholders expect with regards to receiving the HMS licence?

– In summary, can you explain why shareholders should be excited about this project?
